Bulletins aren't meant to provide meaningful bonuses anyway. If bulletins mattered, we would have to nerf them. Thus, stick with stacking mainline infantry bulletins, or munitions-cost reduction bulletins, instead. btw does the sherman 75 mm gun with dozer blade upgrade instead of its 720 health bonus gets its 200 armor too cuz that would be cool In: COH2 Gameplay
