Two players with a JT/KT combo were too much for a single player to overwhelm. You're telling me 1 player couldn't beat 4 players at once? The thing was literally a nondoc I win unit for OKW. Essentially an old Tiger Ace without needing to lock a doctrine for it. The reason people complain about the KT nerfs is because it went from a threatening expensive unit that COULD be countered through tank destroyers.... and then we gave it IS2 scatter. Why is the IS2 never used? Because its an RNG cannon that misses too frequently to deal reliable damage. So why on earth we made the KT like that I'll never know when there were FAR better options than what was done. In: Lobby

And even with counters I've seen loiters last their entire duration. The fact is loiters require almost no player input while basically being a full on assault on their own, denying large amounts of territory and normally causing a full on retreat. Players can hope an AA unit will knock out the loiter but most of the time it is not reliable and you'll end up losing units waiting for the AA to do its job. +1 In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Rear armor of some vehicles needs to be reduced22 Feb 2018, 19:52 PM The only real reason to have the rear armor of the heavies in that list is so they're more vulnerable to the pz4 and to a lesser extent the puma on flanks. Everything else is either to low to consistantly pen even on the rear (222) or not designed to flank (Tiger, Panther). I agree though to nerf the rear armor on these vehicles to make panzer 4 flanks more consistant. In: Lobby

The veterans of the game all hated it because it took away a degree of skill from knowing the duration of the status effects through experience, but overall made the game more noob friendly and smoothed the learning curve. Although at the time I was a long time veteran of DoTA 2 and knew many status effect times through experience, the visual timer was overall a benefit to more coordination with teammates. Thread: OKW Heavy Vehicle doctrines and King Tiger20 Feb 2018, 00:07 AM IMO the KT was fine pre patch aside from 1 shotting squads. They could've just limited explosive weapons damage count on models to say 2-3 depending on the unit. It would've prevented 1 shot wipes and many units would've still kept their lethality. Now the KT has IS2 scatter and is still countered by 1 allied TD at half its cost. If I buy a unit at 720mp and 280f it better be damn lethal. I could've had 2 OKW p4s for that price.
