Maybe in chaotic 3v3 and 4v4s.
I hardly ever loose falls to explosives in 1v1s at least not more often than any other unit.

You will lose ur fallis to all the explosive stuff from allies in most games you use them. they clumb togehter and one single sherman/ mortar/ grenade/ shot often wipe them in a blink of an eye.

while this emplacment, which are UNITS (have popcap, can ground attack, can get vet, have abiltys,...) really strong...they are very cheap. 2 mortars with high range for only 400mp? which doesnt eat ur mp when damaged? hell YEAH!
a bofors gun which wipe whole squads in a blink of eye, can hold armys into middle game...penetrate even strong armor and has a indirect fire modus? for only 30 fuel and some mp?? HELL.
and this emplacment can brace?? imagine the 120 fuel schwerer could deal heavy dmg, coulc brace, have indirect fire modus and attack ground..and vet....because...we know...its a building too..like the brits "emplacment".

Penals are spamable easily. u can pump 3-4 of them in the eraly minutes with no problems....much easier in teamgames...and than u overrun mostly all axis fronts and laugh about axis sqauds ...and even when axis bring out armor...you laugh about them. One AT penal push back a luchs with no problem behind cover...because...u know...the penals hit even mostly to 100% on far range...which is nearly the same which luchs have |

- Sttiger isnt in the line with ARVE....its less speedy, no turret, cant be on the front like AVRE while reloading, need much more time aim a target, it is better to see: oohh a big fat tank move to the right...ah yes now its look to my infntery blobb...and now its lift up its gun...oh..so slowly...and now its shot a slow flying rocket...o damned...i hangs on a fence...yeah..next time...maybe...

Too good abilities?
They have explosive that is effective against targets that can't move.
When upgraded, they have sticky that is only a defensive tool to deter pushing due to worst AT weapon in game that is incapable of burst damage.
You really are pushing your narrative about dead meta from 2 years ago somehow still being effective.
They come way to early for their Performance. Its like u could build obers at 3 min mark... |

this unit is to expansive or to weak for:
- it needs a commander
- is really expansive for its tools
- cant deal with any unit alone, because of low armor and low firepower
- for this price a brit can bring out a bofors, which can deal with most units which u can bring into midgame |
