They can force it back easily, not sure about killing it unless it gets snared or you got Jackson backup, I had 2 E8s kill a Tiger once. |
Lel do you even remember what happened when EZ8 were call in? Imagine the Pershing but much more of them and they come at CP10 if I'm not mistaken which absolutely destroyed OKW/OST without relying on their own callins.

As I said, I mostly take rifle company when there is a need for flamers and I make ez8s mostly because I want a different flavor of tank from the normal Sherman. I also heard they have better accuracy on the move than normal shermans (not sure if that meant against tanks, inf, or both).
Vs Tanks in my experience, they are very good at counter a fast PZ4 on their own, and the OKW one with some support.

EZ8s look pretty, but I rarely find reasons to build them instead of regular Shermans, maybe if it's a map where there is too many garrison and your opponent is Wehr they can be good. |

Suppression on packhowie and isg was one of the most cancerous mistakes Relic ever made. Having an unflankable unit throwing suppression at 80 range was completely ridiculous, and was incredibly frustrating for any player on the receiving end of it. This game needs less annoying "features," not more.
ISG needs a smoke round and better veterancy. Vet 2 is a survivability and speed buff... useless. It doesn't get any accuracy or fire rate buffs, just meh buffs to barrage.

There is no point in playing US outside of 1vs1 unless you love pain, at least not since the Light Vehicle nerf and the removal of doubling up those 1919s, that was the only way to play USF in a game that is likely going to drag into the lategame unless the enemy unit preservation doesn't exist. |

I don't know about it being too good post-crush nerf. You have to remember that before the health buff way back when they weren't used all that often since they were too fragile (at least Jackson has really good penetration to make up for being a glass cannon). M10s by nature are down and dirty flankers and divers so they need that extra health or are useless.
M36 Jacksons have 200 Penetration, that's like around the penetration the Wehr and OKW ATGs have, it's the reason many people make fun of how bouncy this TD is. |
Actually, the only faction I can conceivably think of suffering vs Brummbar is USF, but that's a USF late-game issue (flimsy Jacksons; complete lack of scout units to provide vision to the Jackson, etc)
@OP vs which faction are you considering the Brummbar to be overperforming, and what kind of support does the Brummbar usually receive (teammates? doctrines? etc).
This is why I still Airborne has value for USF, just because Pathfinders fill a niche the entire Army is missing, Elefant and StuPa do really shit on USF already flimsy lategame. |
