With stream chats and the shoutbox, there's not enough need for something like this. I think it has to do with the size of our community at the moment. It's still small enough that you can express yourself in a stream chat. I've said before, it's the golden age of COH streaming/chatting. I'm afraid that when COH2 comes out and the scene gets much bigger, stream chats will be filled with unreadable spam (as they are with other bigger games).
