I was under the impression the wehr sniper shot faster. I’m all for getting rid of the two man squad though, there was no good reason for it in the first place.

I don't really understand what you want to acheive with the Italian and French. It is far better to build a concept around 3 core army (USF/GER/SOV) and add through doctrines or commanders some of the French or Italian composents.
I don't include UKF since it has been a failure for twice, let's leave them alone.

They removed it.

There's literally 0 elements of deep snow, deep mud, or coldtech in the game anymore. The reasoning was that all it did was slow down the game for both sides and had no place in competitive play. (Honestly, I liked it, and I wish they kept it in automatch.)

The criticals were likely removed for similar reasons pertaining to competitive play and RNG.

Its kinda misguided comparing the performance of a gren lmg42 and a brit..anything. Grens are 4 man forever amd always as well as being a larger target AND more expensive per man cause reasons. I know the brits are the new faction but let grens be better somewhere. They are accurate because they are squishy. The lmg is exclusive to them (well ostroppen later i suppose) where brens/Vickers can be slammed onto any imfantry you want. The lmg is a great gun because it has to be

Firefly and Jackson TDs are too good. Don't the Germans have any tank destroyer with the same range as these tanks?

I'm all for historical accuracy but maybe Germans need a tank destroyer with long range? Is the Elephant such a tank?
