I admit, it's quite shocking to read that people are already panicking that UKF are going to be OP in every game modes. It feels like some axis players are demanding a bit too much. A Panther with FF style aim, range, and damage whilst zooming around the field at full speed would be unstoppable. In: COH2 Balance

IS2 is also impacted in fact if the player decides to go conscript. In reality you'll need to unlock Cons upgrades and get a T70 to benefice from your momentum. And that is fully correct, you're completely right. There's a lot of more to CoH2 than the snapshot represented here. The whole game cannot just be blindly balanced based on Excell sheets where data are just nitpicked out of the game and manipulated such that one side looks better than the other. It is really misleading otherwise and provides endless falsified claims. It would be a much better approach to look at timing and average expenditures than summing up. In: Lobby

It does not need to be made more attractive compared to LT. I like that too, USF certainly plays differently in 2v2 where it is best to meta with CPT. In 1on1 and based on experience, it's almost 50:50 depending on playerstyle if the opponent is going LT or captain. It's a matter of reading the enemy's movement and correctly predict what they are going to do (even more important if you never faced the opponent before and don't know their playstyle). In: Lobby

The higher the value, the easier it is to hit a target. Smaller values makes vehicles appear more nimble as projectiles have a higher tendency to avoid them. There are also other values that influence chance to hit, including, and not limited to, Weapon accuracy, accuracy modifiers, rate of fire, auras, abilities, commander abilities and other buffs, etc. In: COH2 Balance

The "x" and "better" don't exactly go together because they have very explicitly different uses. "x" is a multiplier, which you already noted, while "better" is used to mean an increase over something. Mostly, mixing up the two just doesn't really work and your wording would confuse almost anyone. Using "x" with "%" is also really confusing and, I assume, not proper. I'll just give some example alternate wordings since that'll probably get the idea across the best: ... 19% better ... 1.19 times as good ... has 119% of the performance That I agree. The whole forum uses one easy to understand system that is clear and not misleading. Everyone uses that standard, I'm not sure why we need to use one system above another and switch back purposefully when the numbers don't stack up. Even the patch notes uses one simple standard.
