The Greyhound is fine, it one-shots Axis infantry with it's canister shot, even if they are retreating.
The real lackluster ability is the 7CP Combat Group. I'd replace it with better late-game firepower. Say "240mm Precision Artillery Strike" for 12CP, like the ability from the Rangers in Ardennes Assault but change the shell to Railway arty.

Actually, getting pinned whenever a leIG or Pack Howitzer shell landed near (not on) your infantry is really frustrating. But now OKW lacks early crowd control. If MG34 is not moved to T1, I'm pretty sure most OKW will go Luftwaffe or Fortifications in 1v1. |
Not a single word about OST Sniper health.
Well vs USF it means whether you kill him or he gonna kill whole you army eventually.
(Helping Hans vs Sprice) Hans lost as USF after 3-4 attempts to flank and kill OST Sniper. THis as one example.
Does it happen all the time? Or was Sprice's micro so good that he successfully kept his sniper alive and used it to bleed HelpingHans out MP-wise?
Because before the HP buff all it needed was a grenade or mortar to explode near it and the sniper was toast. |
I suggest removing the ability and giving it Target Weak Point instead. Makes it a StuG III G with better armor and a better gun. |
Auto-rotate on leIG and Pack Howitzer is good, I'd like to see that.
A suggestion for Volksgrenadiers: Make their "Combat Package" require converted base buildings (Schwerer may be too late, but Mech or Battlegroup may be too early) to unlock, and replace flame grenade with AT grenade. Delays VG Shreks (since OKW does have the Raketenwerfer for AT) and getting a DMG boost plus having access to grenades makes them better verses infantry. Plus gives OKW the early vehicle snare they don't have.
I agree with AchtAchter, OKW now lacks serious (non-doctrinal) crowd control/anti-blobbing. MG34 in T1 would be a good solution but it also requires the OKW commanders to be overhauled. |

I do like the idea of kubel capping a lot though.
Although it's an interesting idea, it's like giving OKW a Kettlengrad-Jeep crossover. Hunts down snipers and can cap. Boosts OKW map control. But now OKW doesn't have suppression/crowd control units unless they get Vet or Doctrine.
Better capping power for no non-doctrinal suppression? I wouldn't say that it is a good trade.

15% faster capture rate compared to infantry for Kubel, or is it 15% faster capture rate from stock current Kubel?

I have found Soviet Maxim Spam to Berlin (supposed to be for 4v4) works well against a heavy Ostruppen start.
Just get in cutoff buildings, support them, and it destroys their map control pretty effectively, since they have no grenades and have terrible DPS out of cover. T1 Mortars (or any indirect fire, for that matter) can't damage units in buildings effectively right now (they directly damage the building instead).
Once you've got decent map control, they can't roll out a P4, and even if they do, you have access to the ZiS-3, which you should have already bought for its barrage ability. |
