i had kinda the same issue, it happend to me while recording gameplay with shadow play. I had to remove it. though i have the gtx 950 m so it might be a little different |
i can't move my mouse and i'm not able to press t for example to retreat, escape to go to the menu or bind keys to my squads. but i just discovered that it has to do with shadowplay. bcs it only happend when im using shadow play to record |
Hey all, so i have this recent issue that i can't use my mouse or keyboard in a coh2 match. It happens randomly, and im 100% that my keybaord aint broken since it works fine in everything else.
my pc specs:
Asus laptop n551 jx
processor: quadcore i7 2.3 ghz (turbo mode 3.3 ghz)
gpu: NVIDIA geforce gtx 950m
8 gb ram
100 gb SSD (coh2 is on the ssd)
1 tb HDD
w10 installed (sadly)
I have this issue for a while now and i have tried validating the game cache and reinstalling the game several times by now.
any ideas how to fix this?

If you are still there, i wanted to give you some constructice criticism on your opion about the zis.
bruh, first: it sounds like we might as well should delete twp and focus sight from the pak 40 and the us aswell bcs they are the only at-guns who have that ability. Let me tell you this, there is a thing as asymmetric balance and i believe this is an example of that, thats why they dont make all the at-guns the same. so there is that.
more seriously you said that ussr has plenty of arty. Well lets turn it the other way around. The USSR is highly specialized in arty thats why they got the 120 mm mortar the b4 and the ml-20. they also got a barrage ability on one of their assault guns, so why should a sov at-gun not have an barrage ability as special ability? Sovs is for a big part all about arty and having that in many ways available to you.
though im am kinda surprised that you wanna delete a paid ability of an atgun (that almost nobody uses) and not the free ability that everybody spams of the su 76 Kappa.

no it doesn't need a hotfix. penals and cons need a hotfix so that they are useful and we dont have to spam maxims anymore. BTW if you want a hotfix for everything that get spammed you might wanna hotfix the volksgrenadiers as well Kappa |
if they could give a little buff or change to the su 85 and penals so that sov is not that forced to play with callins that would be great |

KV-2, in it current form, is a strange beast. Emphasis on beast.
Since it only comes from the new and "improved" soviet industry doctrine, you are married to it's call-ins and have to work around it.
It's normal firing mode has a 10 second (at 0 vet) reload and a t34s range.
In stationary mode it has the range of a mortar and a rate of fire that as low as 3 seconds. It trades RoF for vision and it becomes almost completely dependent on other units for vision. It also gains a deadzone the length of 2 KV-2s around it, though it can fire in a 360 degree arc.
At vet 1 it gets the standard cap ability that is surely has no use for as an unsupported kv2 is a dead kv2.
At vet 2, provided it has vision, it will be able to cover 2 VP on most maps as its range and accuracy increase dramatically. When you get vet 2, you back it up, stick it in a nice, hard to flank spot covering as many important strategic locations as you can, and park the motherfucking bus.
At vet 3 it gets movement and acceleration bonuses and this is the only time you should consider taking this show on the road as a vet 2 KV-2 should always be parked unless you are being rushed.
It is damn near immune to half track rocket arty and only needs to move when it is being rushed by multiple tank destroyers or more than 2 medium tanks.
Tank killing aircraft will kill a KV-2 as will most on/off map arty pieces so you should always play it safe so keep it alive to get vet 2.
At all times it should have at least 1 KV-8 and an SU-85 or SU-76 and a few cons. With the amount of callings this monster is going to incur, zis guns are a liability.
Behind it should be as many repair stations as you can build.
