They are expensive, doctrinal dedicated anti infantry. It's okay they deal a lot of damage in cqc. And their veterancy is really mediocre. Light gammon bombs are another issue. In: COH2 Balance

Funnily enough, commandos get almost no real lethality buffs through veterancy. Actually,they get none with the current bugged status. In: COH2 Balance

It was really cool in my opinion. For everyone wondering: In the CoH2 Alpha, Soviets had another form of barbed wire which was placed similar to the Ostheer's Schützenmines. Enemy units could pass the wire but they had to crawl under it just like being suppressed under MG fire. It fucked up pathfinding and could be really abused when placed in retreat paths. It's unlikely they bring it back. We all know relics pathing nightmares. In: COH2 Gameplay
