Selfspotting should return to the vehicles that previously lost it, for example the Elephant. It's slow as it is and selfspotting will make it even more immobile. It was perfectly fine as it was. Now one has to sacrifice models and losing field presence by running troops into hmgs or spend lots of ammo to be able to fire a very expensive tank that can hardly move. To me that change was blatantly obviously the wrong move the second I saw the patch notes.
How come this is even an issue, as in: why is there even two setups of skins in the box if it's not intended to make this difference? Of course we shouldn't see winterskins in summer, wth! That it can happen must be considered a bug, not a feature.
I assume the eight people voting "no" meant it should not be a choice, it should be sorted automatically by the game.
You know, when for example some riflemen were standing around talking about baseball and telling stories. It used to be in CoH much more. And some classic movement related speech like "Eyes on the horizon while you move!".
I miss them. They should be put back in as well as axis shouting in the megaphone while using some For the Fatherland-ish ability. Anybody knows why so many speech files are not being used?
How about adding summoning to the game, if you add 3 demonic worshipping places to the map (that you need to capture and control all 3 of them) that allow you to spawn units to the 1 of 3 altars from the original COH 2 (2013 patch) with super KV-8´s that wiped squads in 2 seconds or Panthers that would have 400 armor and 60 range, or even T34 with guaranteed ram abilitys or even the KT with its 425 armor.
Spawning demonic and hated units from hell would add another entirely new layer to the game
Lol, it would be like chaos units. That shouldn't even be controversial to the DoW fans.
What's the setup time for MG42? The shorter setup for maxim was supposed to make up for the comparatively small arc and it was intended for a more offensive use. Does it have anything on the MG42 now? It sounds like a worse hmg to compliment the worse infantry of the Soviet faction.
