I said that ST is a unit that charge, shoot and then doing nothing for XX seconds. You said it's very micro intensive. Where we have any micro here? All I can see is charge, hit, reverse. Also your enemy... Maxim spam? SU76... Charging with SU-85 into fog? You made one suicide mission and RNG was in yout favour cause of crit. He lost in a very stupid way SUs and KVs. He looks very solid in stats but in this game... Well... You got only 1 really good hit on SU85 but again, it's because he pushed into fog. SU supossed to fight at distance on this map with increased vision, not charge into fog... He did not reatreat many units, for example maxim in the middle at the begginig. Also this map is very pro axis. Why they did not veto it No place to flank, and really dumb usage of SU or KV2. But nevermid... Just show me where was all this micro instead of shooting->reversing->doing nothing. Im also quite sure that Panther+KT would do better job than ST+KT. All I can see with SU-85 or Jacksons or any other tank in the game is charge hit reverse? I killed several tanks with it, gibbed a fair amount of infantry with it to. How would a Panther have been better when a Panther can't 1 shot a SU-85 or a KV2? EDIT: and Axis favored lmao we got the WORST starting position on that map regardless of faction, and still one. Don't go shit docs like Soviet Industry or Tank hunter tactics kids. In: COH2 Balance

I'll use mechanized, you can do whatever the hell you want. If you are just going to call people noobs without understanding the playstyle of the faction in question, then you may as well just head on over to the official forum, where you will be happy amongst your kind. Have a nice day. Being able to win with a doctrine despite it, isn't the mark of it being a good doctrine rather, the mark of being a good player. I'm not insulting you, but mechanized is really a shit doctrine compared to what you can get with the other USF commanders. I would much rather have 1919's, or flamers, or pathfinders, or IR pathfinders, or Greyhounds, or Para's, or non-doc .50 cals and AT guns, or P47s than have a fucking WC51 truck or Ass Engines. But lets all run into a blender with a scary mouth drawn on it named "forums drama". In: COH2 Gameplay

The how, when and how much is quite disputed, there is some mentioned by known historians but that doesn't really mean anything. Some sources claim total failure, other claim some success. Frankly it just is a really good story and no matter the outcome it isn't that historically imporant. Or the subject would have been studied further. The Germans actually refused to believe they existed until they captured dogs with AT mines strapped to them, similarly they refused to believe the Soviets were employing women as snipers till they found bodies of them. We have multiple squads get wiped from 4 man to 5 man, its all RNG. Why complain about this now after 3 years of the game release? I don't care either way, but the fact that Ostheer squads, as in ALL OSTHEER SQUADS, are more vulnerable to RNG bullshit is true. Not to mention this panic over blobbing is funny because what MP exactly is Ostheer going to blob with? In: COH2 Balance

Mechanized is amazing. 2 weeks ago I was so kind to point you one by one why it is quite good sometimes. ~sometimes~, yeah the fact it has 1 good ability in the return for resources, which is pointless anyway since you shouldn't even be building stuarts to recall. Every other USF commander other than Armored is better, all mechanized does is serve as a noob trap to people who legit actually like WC51 trucks are on par with Scout Cars or that unironically think the USF AA HT or the M20 is useless past the early game. And most of the time people won't live a single MG42 squad sitting by itself, and if you get caught in the arc of the MG42 your WC51 truck is dead because it's so fragile. Recommending Mechanized as a commander is idiocy on par with recommending Infantry Doctrine for Ostheer or Elite Armored for OKW. In: COH2 Gameplay
