last thing we need is more stock heavies the stock USF lategame tank should be the M4A3E8 as should the T-34/85 be fore the USSR
If your going to put a heavy in the game, it should be tied to teching, not a call in.

Ultimately the Pwerfer being shit only compounds the fact that Axis has little to no squad wipe potential like Soviets do. The ML-20 is better than the LefH, the Katyusha is better than the Pwerfer, all Axis has in the indirect department that's objectively better is the Mortar HT compared to the USF one and the Stuka, but even then it's costly enough for how well it preforms. Blobbing is a huge issue for every faction in the game except maybe Ostheer due to it's lack of MP, but Soviets objectively have all the best tools to deal with it. Would much rather see Axis indirect be brought up to snuff with the Pwerfer not being a Sturmtiger with no health, the LefH doing more damage than an AT gun, and the ISG not being unmitigated garbage. I don't care if it means Obers get removed or what ever, game would be much more fun if different factions didn't arbitrarily have units to fill rolls while others didn't. In: COH2 Balance |

If your going to add the Pershing don't put it in a commander. Make it so you need to unlock all the American tiers first. The KT is like how every heavy should be, tied to having all your teching done first to encourage people to actually play the game with their core units instead of pissing around waiting for a call in to win the game. The only real exception to this would be Soviets, who should only have to get either T1 or T2 and T3 or T4. In: Lobby |
Thread: How to prevent blobs26 Mar 2015, 15:37 PM
The Maxim is currently the most durable and easy to use MG in the game, and the 82mm mortar's vet ability is excellent. Soviets have the best blob counters in the game, not really much contest there. Axis doesn't have anything like the ISU or B4. In: COH2 Balance |

Besides the usual forum war, i'm delight by the amount of post on so little time this thread got. I included just the respective only Tier costs for the unit. T3 for OKW and USF is 80 fuel to get you a major/schwer. In: Lobby |

I meant in being more durable and mobile. The Stuka also has a loooong cool down to make up for firing more accurately (although it isn't pin point in accuracy anymore). The Kat as you said operates normally at medium range just fine because it hits a larger area and fires it's rockets quicker (less hang time). It also denies territory which the Pwerf cannot do. If you made the Katyusha like it nobody would use the Katyusha. The stuka should be the model of which all artillery is brought up to level with. The Katyusha is already a very efficient rocket artillery platform (even if it does use the incorrect truck model), but the Pwerfer is just as expensive but far far less efficient and easy to use. Good Axis long range units: The Stuka not a very long list. In: COH2 Balance |
