How can you still complain about Guards mortar and T-34 call ins? The Stug with Pak walls is damn amazing. Without precision strike, Soviet mortars accuracy is garbage honestly. Soviet Mortars are the most accurate in the game so I have no idea what your talking about. The only direct nerf that was given was the reduction to 80 damage for the 120 and it's still a beast. Flares provide a shitload of synergy with infantry pushes. In: COH2 Gameplay

The RE in a pit can fire a rifle nade that can hit a Rackten due to the Rackten's deduced range compared to other AT weapons. I wouldn't send a FL HT against it either because the new .50 cal rips light armor a new one, especially if he's support that fighting pit. In: US Forces Strategies

I do not have the success you refer to as my emplacements get destroyed once Ost brings mortar onto the field. Up until that point, ya they're great but once in-direct fire appears, emplacements effectiveness seems to dwindle. Because it slows them down, If you can push Ost right off the field they don't really have a terrible amount of offensive power to come back with. This strat also works against OKW which has no plentiful indirect fire and the Puppchen is really squishy. It's a delaying teching essentially, allows you to get a lot of territory early on. But tbh you might be better off asking a USF dude like Cookiez. In: US Forces Strategies

Done, you can't use blitzkrieg as defensive warp jets, but you can use it preemptively when you are about to engage. Mechanic is there, all they have to do is copy paste it. Why not give a more interesting vet ability other than "go faster"? Because Relic has said they are going to overhaul all vet ability's for units. In: COH2 Balance

Double RE starts are really popular right now because emplacement spam can really cause an Ost player problems on tight maps. USF support weapons are a lot more valuable now, the days of the rifleblob are dead and gone. In: US Forces Strategies

MG-42 with Incendiary Armor Piercing Rounds (non doctrinal, 240) damage - 8 penetration - 19.8/16.2/12.6 DShK with AP rounds (doctrinal2, 300) damage - 10 penetration - 13.5/9/4.5 AP grounds increases the pen by 4, so it's now 18/12/6 To put this in perspective, the only Light Vehicles it won't 100% pen with those on at mid and close range are the Puma and Panzer II At 8 shots per burst that's 80 damage for the Dhsk At 16 shots per burst that's 128 damage for the MG42. Both AP rounds require a reload before firing, which the Dhsk does in 4 seconds while the MG42 takes 6 seconds. The Dhsk probably needs to either get better AP rounds or a cost decrease or CP decrease. By no means is it OP, but then again the MG42 could also use a cost increase so shrug*. In: COH2 Balance

It is the only good thing they have infantry wise. To me defensive stand makes a lot more sense than blitzkreig. Like a soldier wouldn't drop down to a prone position in the middle of combat and put out suppressing fire with his lmg? VS hitting the rocket boosters retro fitted into your panther backwards to reverse faster than the speed of light (sarcasm). I know that you know that I know about the way the game engine is designed, but I guess I can hope then relic will ignore this thread as it has ignored every other one about blitzkrieg and do nothing about it. You know they nerfed blitzkrieg right? The only tank it's the same on is the PIV. On everything else it now only increases speed to 115%. In: COH2 Balance
