Jesus christ, Sept 1st!? It's like Relic hates money. Well at least this gives hope the brits will be more balanced when they are released so we don't get a WFA repeat.
Ranks changing up and win rates spiking all over the place is pretty typical for the first 1-2 weeks after the patch. Also I have a sneaking suspicion that the large amount of Ost comes from the new gren suppresion mechanic
Like my clan is pretty much on top of everything when it comes and 3's and 4's and we dropped KT spam a while ago after it's armor got nerfed. It's a lot more efficient to combine a Panther with a Stuka or some other combo.
I said it before, I wouldn't have a problem with the KT being limited to 1 if they gave OKW a generalist medium tank.
Don't tell me they have no AI, Jacksons and SU-85s have no AI, Panther has AI whilst also being largely immune to anything infantry will bring to the party
Nobody builds Panthers for AI purposes. The fact they do have some ability to hurt enemy infantry (if they get close enough) is good, but I'm pretty sure nobody would be upset if they removed the MG's and lowered the cost of the tank.
Going by the stats website we can tell the top 200 players prefer to play Ostheer the most, and OKW the least for 1v1 and 2v2. Which is kinda funny IMO.
Spam is a meaningless word in CoH2 because there aren't enough units to justify making plenty of different ones versus just a lot of one. All the armies in the game function around plentiful basic units.
People whine about Volks/rifles spam, but what else are OKW or USF going to do?
Give Katyusha 12-15 armor making it semi-proof to small arms fire, should still die in 1 hit to an AT gun because it's a bloody truck. It also effective out at farther ranges than the Pwerfer.
Pwerfer should have 320 health and 25 armor to reflect it's roll as point-blank assault artillery. That or it gets bumped up to 200 heath and gets it's original rocket amount fired back so it no longer needs to fire at point blank range.
Stuka is pretty much fine as is, but the flame barrage should probably cost 75 munitions instead of 100.
To humor the OP; you idea was actually in game at point. All infantry "hit the deck" as it were when explosions happened near them meaning if you were caught in a Kat barrage you were pretty much dead.
