Ostheer has the worst win rate since the vet fix, and grens, i still find get wiped way to easy and it costs you the game do to there man power bleed. 1 mortar round, 1 mine, its happened way to many times to count. The are without a doubt the easiest faction for wiping. |
Honestly since the vetting has been fixed ive noticed that grens get hard countered by almost every infantry in the game except cons and bleed the most.. In 2v2 the blobbing is out of this world because infantry are more durable due to the vet fix. It is not normal as an ostheer played to do twice the damage and kills and yet still loose the game do to the mp bleed and vet scaling. The panzergrens just bleed way to hard compared to other specialized infantry. I find guards are dominating the playing field since vet they wreck almost everything including light vehicles. Anyone else notice this? |
no problem, everyone gets a bit salty at times.. brits are tough to play against no doubt but at least there was no sim city involved lol .. that shit is just broken, i refuse to use emplacements. |
I no Britts are a little strong but i must say thank god for the lm in this game. It was really intense and action packed. |

i like how people suggest mine and panzerfausts but seem to forget how expensive they are in early game as otheer.. Im sorry but ostheer is missing a light vehcile that every other faction has that can produce a productive counter of harassment like all the other factions can.. a pak is a defensive unit that ostheer has to produce early in order to fight off light vechiles which will keep ostheer at its struggling to hold on to small amounts of territory early game problem. The amount of MP a good oshteer players can spare early game is zero to non if they hope to survive againts an agressive allied palyer... point final.. they need an early game light vehicle, because the 222 still doesn't cut it. As ostheer i think the worst think to fight are halftracks... they are so mobile and can always harass and suppress youre grens.. its treacherous.. |
It's just kind of annoying how almost all of ostheer opponents can keep spamming infantry because ostheer does not have a very good hard counter to early infantry spam in vehicle form... okw has a luch,soviets have to t70, and usf has very good countering vehicles. The scout car is not reliable enough to be a good counter. |
The problem is that it's limited to a commander and also that the cp requirment is a little to high it would be better placed at 3 or 4 do to usf cheap tech costs |
I also thought of maybe buffing the pio mp40 a tad to make them more compact affective giving ostheer a chance in close quarter maps and also it could hopefully apply to assault grens |
Just my thoughts of maybe something that could help ostheer early to mid game.. i honestly think grens kind of bleed pretty hard early game do to alot the times 1 man goes down very easily while treing to make it too cover, and at 30mp reinforce costs it really keeps pushing you off the field and keeping you off in outnumbered engaments. I also just thought of why not adding a puma at 80 fuel to teir 2 to help deal with usf early vehicle rushes.. it would give ostheer a reliable moveable at so that you don't have ur big heavy pak the jump to tier 3 is just a big cost especially during the early game allied pushes |
