Which in the case of Ostheer tanks is simply not true, considering the state of the Panther and Panzer IV. I absolutely agree with you. With my post I wanted to emphasize that they should buff Ostheer lategame rather than mirroring all factions at every stage of the game. Thus the Allied infantry should be a bit stronger right now... or we risk keeping the shit lategame for Ostheer. In: COH2 Balance

Allies naturally have better early game than Axis which compensates later. Of course they have to perform better with their infantry. You can´t expect US infantry to be only on par with Ostheer when they don´t have tanks on the level of other factions lategame vehicles. That being said what are you working on for the lategame? Thread: Including more people in the balance team29 Nov 2016, 18:04 PM Imperial Dane has regular "state of the balance" casts and usually he is spot on. He´s one of the few active members who agrees that the Panther is lackluster. When I hear others here suggesting making the Panther a glass cannon (which makes as much sense as a flying IS-2) or not touching it at all, I have little hope for any patch. Also with 1200+ games casted alone, he probably has more insight than most. So I would definitely consider him. In: Lobby

Question is still standing, no allied TD are that OP to kill every vehicle/tank in 1 shot. And FYI, FF's reload time is 8 seconds. He means Tulips, obviously. I wouldn´t touch TDs. What is needed is a penetration increase on the Panzer IV, a reload buff on the Panther (+ OKW stats for the Ostheer Panther) and a slight frontal armor buff to the Tiger I and we are good. In: Lobby

My gripe is that they absolutely ignore the mid to lategame phase of the game. In 2vs2+ the game is incredibly easy for Brits due to the facts that when speaking about cost efficiency and general utility: Centaur > Ostwind Cromwell > Panzer IV Firefly > StuG, Jagdpanzer IV Comet > Panther The least that could be done would be to give the Ostheer Panther the OKW Panther stats (more accurate MGs etc.). Not even the horrible accuracy on the move was fixed. I hope these guys haven´t finished the patch yet and are starting early and are still going to fix the late game at a later stage. Thread: Any news on possible upcoming balance patch?20 Nov 2016, 20:12 PM I honestly think the game could be quite balanced with only a few core units in mind. This could have been easily dealt with by a hotfix. The US mortar should be in line with the other factions mortars. Ostheer Panther should get the OKW Panther stats. And Brens and Bars should be limited to one per squad. See how it goes from there. A real patch could then fix all other issues such as underperforming doctrines, Maximspam etc. In: COH2 Balance
