They should stick to cosmetic from start, not p2w (some commanders were so OP, it was gamebreaking). And alot of other AAA titles can manage with alot less money-grabbing moves.
Best example? Witcher 3, released by alot smaller published than Sega.
What about vCoh? Is CoH2 that much bigger game so it needs additional money? No, they just want to get out as much money as possible. I support new campaign, or factions for money, if u can balance it.
This is because modern relic is full of incompetent developers, I mean, WFA released one year ago, 2 factions... now 365 days later they haven't even been able to release a single faction in time...

Give them the AA mortar and perhaps the rangers?
With rangers beign very expensive like 300-310 mp and acting as a scout unit like pathfiners, just non-doctrinal but at the same time not replacing rifles.

It's fine, now you can't get overwhelmed by a frontal charge, a 2 way flank even within the ark of fire will still win you the engagement, simply can't A-move anymore against ost for the first 10 minutes of the game. |

Currently, grenspam and conspam (especially fkn conspam) are fairly feasible because tanks can't run ramshod over them even if they've been ueber-spammed. With this change, players will have to think "should I really go 7 conscripts?"
This is the point though, crush is a retarded mechanic, if a tank tries to run over your infantry it should get snared, in exchange though, tanks should have slighty less AoE but more accurancy thus acting as support platforms for your own infantry that can somewhat deal with enemy infantry quickly and that should be contested with other tanks while using only AT guns would make you bleed significantly more than using other tanks to contest your opponent's ones. |

From my experience, ELO seems to be completely non existant. The other day ya know I'm rank 36, 3 games in a row I'm getting 3 different teammates that are new players that get their starting units wiped in the first engagement and its clear that no matter what we will lose and I drop 90 places.
I'm also still finding players that are not even level 80 that I just stomp that complain about matchmaking. (Yes I know level doesn't equal skill, just represents new players.
So really, elo sorta works, sorta doesn't. More like just whoever is on searching it seems.
The game is too small to have a functioning matchmaking, I think you noticed that unless you are in placement, you'll always face the same 10-20 people in all game modes. |

This isn't a Soccer Game, there is nothing they have in common other then 2 teams, and even the teams are hardly random. They way the scoring system is different, the way they win is different. Soccer had Refs, and if you wanna call refs RNG, then maybe....
If people play automatch, they play to win, they want to rank up, it's normal to be angry when you lose, even more so if you lose for some bullshit way like RNG, bugs, random drops or a bad team mate, sometime it's justified to vent your rage other times it isn't, though, the best option is to always to stay silent. |
