any vet increase bulletin works wonders. The faster things get to vet the better than can be upon the battlefield. Then again I like to play with 3 shrek cost decrease bulletins in OKW 1v1s. |
Very nice guide. Have been wanting to test this commander out for quite a while now.
However, two things I am not sure about:
1) Three Sturmpioneers? I can't imagine it being a good idea considering that they are very expensive to reinforce and are not very durable.
2) Static defenses. Nice idea, but all that wiring off requires quite a bit of time, which I personally would rather use capping points and supporting other units.
But learned some nice details (didn't know that HEAT rounds are not very accurate). Thanks.
The initial sturmpioneers are there to help you win the tough early game. The third later on allows you a substantial amount of repair ability. When tanks come upon the field thier ability to repair fast (vet and upgrade) means the PZIVS can have the ability to fight more often. And yes wiring does take time but it allows you the ability to funnel enemy into your field of fire and on your terms. |
The signal relay (first one) does not only show where the units are. If you use the tactical map you are able to hover over and it shows what it is!
The tactical map allows for it see what it is? This is news to me, ill check that out. Guess I dont use the perk enough nor do I use my tactical map often |
The Panzer Commander seems to be bugged sometimes and not even increase the sight range of the tank.
I tested this in game few times now, have not seen it fail. Could the issue lie with line of sight? That would hinder the commanders abilities to increase the sight range. |
Rewind has been my brainchild since 2008, as I will continue in other games the name will come along with me. Logically

I think talking any armor changes before the Panzerschreck changes is unwarranted. This change alone may balance out the armor differences.
I agree with this wholeheartedly. If Armor is to be "balanced" and shreks aren't then its back to square one. Shreks are at this point, homing rockets that seem to auto pen when their volks handlers get vet lol |

For a test to be useful, you have to run it at least thousands of time. Doing so ingame is not worthy.

What the turtle wants to say is that it's really hard to pay off the teching cost of OH, even when you are in advantage during the match, in comparison to field them as OKW.
The panther is not bad, rather than being able to field them on the first place.
OKW and OH panthers ARE DIFFERENT.
Some examples:
OKW Panther has speed 13.2 in Blitz
Ostheer Panther has speed 8.9 in Blitz

^^This, I am not comparing Panther A to KV1 and Panther B to KV1.....I am comparing Panther A to Panther B. Like voorts analogies your looking at it wrong. The comparison is between the two axis factions not axis faction against allies and then other axis faction against allies.

Bazookas are pudding compared to shreks, but that doesn't help anyone make a meaningful decision as the US, because you can't buy them. The cost can only be compared against other things you can buy.
OKH has a 100 pop cap to use on something too, and the best thing they can buy in core is Panthers, and they will come way before Tigers thank you very much.
Voort your missing my point, Ostheer and OKW play upon the same team in a team game....zooks and shreks is a bad analogically because of that key detail. Im saying that though the stats are the same the OKW panther out preforms a Ostheer panther. That is why then the ostheer player feeds okw fuel. TO achieve victory through means of one of the best tank in the game feeding fuel to OKW is very much the better choice than to save it and purchase their own panthers because of the sig difference. |
