Biggest problem with the system imo is there is nothing interesting to win, i give zero fucks about bulletins. They are hardly noticable and just plain boring. Skins is the only thing of value but when you already have a skin for all vehicles the rest is so similiar you just don't care anymore. Victory strikes is just.... something explodes when you win... eerh why even care?

Unique logos on tanks, new sounds, unique uniforms or new base buildings... thats what would make me excited to win.

One of the reasons why panzergrenadiers have been nerfed to a near obselete state was that the pgren shrek blob was too cost efficient late game so Relics solution was nerf Pgren armor. This made Pgrens hardly any better vs infantry than ordinary Grenadiers yet still cost a lot more to build and reinforce..

The problem was never pgrens armor, it was the way too accurate long range shreks that almost never misses even at long range. Why didn't they just make shreks like in coh1 where they often missed at long range? That makes the shrek a good ambush weapon and a good backup for AT-guns, preventing them for being circled.
The problem with accurate shreks shows even more for OKW's volkgrenadier. It promotes blobbing and bad play. They vet up to vet5 so easy because shreks give huge experience which should either be removed or nerfed. Shreks should not chase away or kill tanks at max range reliably, it should only deter them from chargin in.

This was one of the first things i reacted on when I first played CoH2 beta, it felt like a feature right out of DoW2 with space marines 100% accurate missile launcher and nothing like company of heroes.

Increasing CP or just require a tech building (or both) does not solve the problem in its entirety. People will still just build the building and maybe build one stock tank for faster xp to boost the CP and then dump all fuel into the callin tank and nothing else for the rest of the game because callin tanks for the most part are the most cost efficient tank compared to stock units. A cooldown on the callin is the only solution to all callin problems unless Relic does a coh1 style resource income rework.

A cooldown on callin units would also indirectly buff commanders who don't have any callin units and new commanders could have more interesting abilities than just new units.

I think callin tanks should require tech building but also they should have a long cooldown, lets say 10 minute cooldown on callin for medium tanks and maybe even longer on Heavy tanks, this way you can't do "only callin tanks" because your production of callin units won't allow you to keep up compared to stock units. Also if someone choose t-34-85 commander there would still be a reason to build t-34-76 due to the cooldown mechanic.

Also this would fix the "going for Tiger then banking resources to call in the next Tiger immediately when the first one dies". Callin units would add flavour and variety to the game just as they are intended to with this system and would make callin units feel more special to kill or loose because you simply can't just calll in a new one whenever you got resources.

I think ostheer they feel like a house of cards that easily collapses if you loose certain support units but that what makes them so fun to play too.
