Haven't noticed yet, were they in combat? Afaik they don't heal when in combat..
Of course not. |
Since yesterday's patch, i noticed that volks grenadiers no longer heal at vet3. Maybe i'm wrong though. Hope the whole vet is not broken again :/ |
wowowow, calm down. the other thread was not a discussion about the upcoming war spoils system.edit your post or i will ask a mod to do iti preordered the game for 60 bucks and bought all factions at release. i have spend at least 100 bucks on this game.
the game is not f2p it was a fullprice game. it not only has a crapload of expensive micro dlcs, but those are also p2w in some cases. if they would only sell skins and stuff, i would not be happy, but it would be okay. instead they are selling p2w commanders at an absurd price, i mean you can easily spend another 300 bucks on this game.
it seems that the people in upper management are very greedy and one can see the dollars blinking in their eyes
That's the DLC model for you. Everygame with DLCs today cost a lot more than a full priced game without. I'm sorry dude, i was kind enough to warn you a fair amount of time ahead of this change in Relic politics regarding farming, and only things you gave me was suspicion, distrust, and now whines. Now you know i was right all along. And as i said, it is completely normal from the dev team to ban third party scripts in their game. They should have done so WAY earlier. But you should rejoice, now you will spend your power bill in PLAYING a good game rather than simply collecting your rewards after being AFK for XX hours. And yes, i stand by my opinion that you guys are just spoiled brats. "I want it all, i want it now", lol. |
If recent murmurings are even somewhat accurate, I don't think so. This game is over three years old. Relic is worried about wringing every last cent from the player base, by any means necessary, and not much else. Their behavior throughout the life cycle of this game speaks volumes more than anything they say. Expecting them to suddenly do something sensible and consumer-friendly this far in is a total pipe dream.
In what is now a locked thread, at that.
Bla bla. Relic is finally (i'll admit it's late) releasing a fix to the war spoils, which should rewards players for actually PLAYING the game, and you bot-farming guys are whining like crybabies because of how unfair this is. I mean seriously, i understand why they locked the other thread, you guys are NEVER happy with what you get, spoiled brats. In case you know, war spoils in the first place weren't even a necessity. They could have just given all WFA and Vanilla bulletins to everyone (x1), and let you buy the rest on the shop for real $$. They have to get revenue for their work you know. The base game is cheap as f**k. But no, it is not enough, the game has to be free to play, AND give everything for free on top of that. |
At least their message this time was loud and clear. Quit using scripts and mods to farm. I have to say, you guys are blowing it far out of proportions. Most games nowadays ban the usage of third party scripts in their games. For different reasons, obviously (map hacks, aim bots, range checkers for moba games etc..). Get over it, the new system will adress most of the concerns. Even if it will still require some grinding, it will be better all along. |
Ost, USF and USSR are all well balanced.
UKF, remove brace and then remove the stuka, flame attack benefits etc to level the field.
OKW, replace shrek with faust. Buff rakken but remove ridiculous clock. Add side tech.
THEN
can we please take a look at some of the units that really, really, really need attention:
penals
M3 HT
Greyhound
KV-1
all static artillery (vs one click stuka callins etc)
sexton
valentine
standard churchill
In an ideal world I would remove all FRP's and loitering airstrikes too . Then reduce the effectiveness of all handheld AT (except piat cos lol) but one step at a time eh
I wonder in what world people think Ostheer is balanced. I mean seriously. Pros are fighting like madmen in ESL to always have the allied faction pick over their opponent, obviously BALANCED. Only HelpingHans was able to make the faction work this week end. But noone cares. OK. You're right guys, nerf OKW, the only viable axis faction in a game where axis have 2 factions versus 3. Next allow Allies vs Allies in tournaments, so people won't even care about axis anymore. |
As far as I know, USA were fighting in Europe, opposite to Japs.
I tend to agree that Japanese wouldn't make much sense. That's also why i think a lot of people would have loved to see Afrika Korps, since they fought versus the Commonwealth and especially British, who are already in the game. I wouldn't mind Japanese either, but alongside a new Allies army, IE US Marines, and only AFTER DAK is added. But that's my wish, and i'm an axis fanboy |
I keep my old course. Up until they made it impossible to use this system.
The brought up points in the presented link regarding the right or wrongs of farming covered the whole stance I have for Relics monetarization attempt. Most fitting was one comment:
"The programmers have the ability to adjust the war spoils system so it will nullify the script/mod, not the players. Instead Relic elects to threaten the community (who really are just trying to unlock the game content) with potential bans rather than just fixing the problem."
So who do they target with those threats? The die hard fans that likely already have farmed to such an extend that they are afraid of losing their significant amount of drops that already circumvented Relic's business model or those newer or casual gamers which likely aquired COH very cheap via Humble Bundle, Steam Sale etc. and don't care much about a ban? Relic's behavior to threaten it's community with bans just doesn't make sense.
You don't even know what's coming with the warspoils patch, and you already whine. It was obvious that Relic would forbid farming when they are releasing a new warspoils system. They told so in the alpha, and now it is official. Farm at your own risk. |
It seems legit, i don't know how he got it though. |

Yeah, because deciding on the time and date until which (fake) commanders can be playtested more than a month before is definitely something Relic would do
You can believe what you want, i just pointed that fotoforensics doesn't answer the question. So it might be a legit picture. You have trouble understanding conditionnal tense maybe ? |
