Spec Ops flares for the lack of counterplay, Overwatch flares because of the lack of micro OR cost to use them. have you seen the royal arty´regiment early warning? flares over the whole frontline. My personal oppinion is quite the opposite. If you ignore them, they will do what they are supposed to do: bleed you out. Constant pressure with alot of flanks is the way to go.
