RNG occurs in all games. The question is whether it determines the OUTCOME.
If it really did determine the outcome 100% of the time, all tournaments would be a coinflip, and it would be impossible to have repeated or recurring winners.
The more often RNG is tested, the more likely it is that actual outcomes will revert to the mean, and the less likely it is that extreme events will arise. It is easier to roll a 1 on 1d6 than it is to roll all 1's on 1000 d6's.
"if luck is getting common its most likely skill" , dont know if i translated it right only know the german term (wenn luck zur gewohnheit wird ist es skill) |
I'd like to see 3 MP 40's with a damage curve akin to the Conscript PPSh. Then with Special Operations Doctrine they could get 2 or 3 StG 44 when Obers get theirs.
Technically CoH1 MP 44's has increased DPS while moving due to low accuracy penalty with an increased burst modifier that pushed it over.
Lets also give them camouflage jackets, a 6th man, and change their name to Panzerfusilier.
hm, need to check that out. i was 100% sure you did almost 0 dmg while charging with volks and the dps always kicked in as soon as you stopped. going thru some youtube clips now |
This should have more comments.
this forum is about allys, and since this is about buffing axis not nerfing them nobody cares
good suggestion btw +1 |
wanted to play but couldnt because my screen was completely covered by sniper symbols
after my 1200 hours or so in vcoh,i found the bike and jeep a really good counter to snipers. cant count how often i parked them at the flank, made the sniper retreat and then kill it on retreat with jeep/bike |
15 fuel for arguably the best scout car in the game (close call with M20, which has similar timing and cost), when you compare it to units such as M3 and UC is a good deal imo. No point comparing it to Kubel cost, as OKW have fuel penalty. When you factor in that, it's kinda comparable when you take into account timing/effectiveness.
All scout cars take small arms damage. It would be retarded for one not to take it. It's really quick, you should not be getting it killed by small arms fire, unless you've tried to use it as a light tank or you over extended it. If its been snared, well, such is the life of any scout car.
i think you didnt read the part were i said I THINK THIS UNIT IS FINE BTW (!!!)
and i didnt compare it to kubel, someone else did it, wtf is wrong you lol |
1. This isn't coh1. If you want to compare it to a unit in coh1, the bike is the closest unit to compare it to, despite its appearance.
2. It is a scout car, not a light tank
3. It should be compared with every other factions scout car equivalent. Those being: M3, UC, Kubel and M20
4. Its timing and cost should be considered
5. It is not a hard counter to any Flak HT. It is a scout car, use it to scout.
6. It is not a hard counter to infantry. It is a scout car, use it to scout.
When all the above is considered, you'll see it is not in a bad spot.
compare it to a bike( or kubel) when 222 needs 40 fuel to tech to t2 and the fuel u need for building t2 and the 15 fuel for 222 is kinda, strange?. and m20 is superior in evry way i think, i doenst take much dmg from small arms and can lay mines. im fine with the unit btw, maybe up the fuel cost to 20-40 and increase it surviveability vs small arms |
Really? If thats the case then yeah..equally stupid
it brings the bunker almost down, with a sliver of health. and it only costs 15munis and you cant brace it like brits. relic doenst want sim citys to be viable and thats a good thing. a well placed emplacement with good support is strong. if you wanna build it somewhere near your cutoff and leave it alone it will die.period.

whats the deal with mp44? if they are like in vcoh were they deal 0 dmg while moving. you could counter mp44 blobs by just kiting them because they need to stand still to deal any dmg |
The piats are actually very good for their price, and if you can micro well (i.e. if you're not axis only player), they can hit even light vehicles. Though researching weapon racks as soon as 222 comes out is kinda stupid, so you're right about it not being an option to counter 222 rush.
why do u need special units to counter 222? a single infantry squad in green cover will chase away the 222. it takes huge amounts of dmg from small arms (even more if bren/bar are equipped).
i really think that a 222 will lose to a infantry squad in green cover 1v1, need to test it. |
