Either one uses a benchmark or not. If ones uses a benchmark one has to calibrate everything around the benchmark.

According to relic, penals and PGs are also counterparts, therefore PGs are mainline all range infantries.
251 is counterpart of M5, therefore 251 is anti air vehicle too.
CEs and Pios are also counterparts, so why CEs suck so hard at close range while still being useless at long range and don't have long sight?

80% damage to p4 is still joke, chances you going to hit tank in first place are next to zero unless it's rammed, snared and you're playing on small map and even then you're not even killing P4, by the time you'll get this offmap chances are you're already fighting against elefants and panthers.
That strafe is as useless as CAS AT strafe.

Bleed is what we call the MP required to reinforce squads as they lose models.
A Volks squad even used as harrassment may/will llose models as it does so. Perhaps 100's over a fast paced early game.
Vehicles do not lose models. They only lose hp, in an all or nothing way. A kubelwagen does not need reinforcing and does not bleed. It costs 210mp for its lifespan.
With it costing less than volks and having under half the occupied pop cap, it is not only cheaper, but does not drain mp while fighting, and lowers your mp income by less.
You can easily save 250mp over the lifespan of the kubel compared to an early build volks, to also get your usual number of volks squads.

A unit which inflicts bleed and is immune to bleed at the same moment cant be UP. Not even taking vet 1 map hack into account. (we do not want to talk about its SELF REPAIR at vet 3, wtf?) |
OKW was never mean to get a super strong generalist tank aside from the KT.
Tiger1 is a problem because with only 2 truck requirement it comes definitively too early and be almost incouterable while dealing massive damage to infantry the moment it hit the field if the opponent didn't decide to preventivaly build a TD.
Have fun countering Tiger with a squad of Obers + usual 4volks gang squads with only infantry and Atgun if you happen to be behind in fuel.
Oh and let's not forget the dual raketen hidden in the shadow just behind, Tiger soak damage and raketen just eat allied medium trying to stop it.
Tiger behind 3 tech structure is not better since it make it comes too late.
