So 1v1 seems fine, 2v2 and upward are totally broken. The luchs comes even quicker, if you have double OKW they will both get it, allowing them to get both fuels aaaaanddddd GG.
Problems (from a 2v2 perspective, will get worse with 3v3 and 4v4)
- Double Luchs
In 2v2s, these units come at 6 ish minute. They need only one fuel point to get their 6 minute luchs, if they both go for it, they can get both fuels without effort, since their vehicles come quicker than soviet t70 and about the same time as Stuart, yet they can have a shreck out that can deter both allied vehicles once they hit the field. This means double shreck supporting double luchs.
- Double schwere
Once they have both fuels secured and both of them have luchs and volks are piling up in blobs, they both put down their schwere HQ. They can secure teritory, support it with LeIGs and their shrek blobs which are backed up by the luchs. This is pretty much uncounterable.
- Double shreck blobs
They both will go for double shreck blobs, because it is the easiest and best way to support their early aggression and domination, leaving you with no strategic option to counter their luchs play, since you will get confronted by shrecks, which counter your vehicles and luchs will counter your infantry together with the volks blob.
- Double obers
And after both fuels are secured, luchs has dominated, shreck blobs have deterred early vehicle play, you will start to see obers followed up by either double P4 or one P4 and one Panther. Have fun!!
- Double p4
Double P4 come out after you had your uphill battle in the first 11-12 minutes of the game. These are supported by shreck blobs, a luchs, multiple LeIGs and obers. Again, you are reacting too a synergy which in essence is uncounterable.
- Double Panther
If both players don't go for P4, they go for double Panthers. This is simply uncounterable as well, since they are supported by two shreck blobs, whom themselves are supported by luchs, obers and leIGs.
- KT
If you manage to kill a P4 or a Panther, or simply don't encounter anything and hold out long enough, you will face KT, which again you can't counter, since KT is supported by either armor from other player, or another KT, two shreck blobs, luchs, obers and leIGs.
Again, 1v1 is fine, 2v2 and upwards, completely and utterly broken.

Relic must act fast !!! OKW need a tone down & Brits need buffs !!
Game is not balanced anymore in 3vs3 and 4vs4 (The most played modes)
Anybody who know something about the game won't play Brits anymore in team match.
Brits :
-They have a way to slow opening and can't defend against fast luch + shreck blobs.
-Static emplacements are still a joke. (flame nades kill them so fast... CAS...)
-Centaure take a minute now too kill something... (overnerf)
-Wasp not worth building anymore.
-Infantry is the weakest of all COH2.
*** I suggest :
To revert the nerfs to those units to a middle ground, so the Brits can be played again. ***
OKW :
-Theirs opening is too strong as they can concentrate 4 luchs + skrecks blobs anywhere while they take resources points early in the game.
-Walking stukas still the best arty and yes they can wiped squads (Quality of life ? many units were nerfed so this don't happen, but not this one) it's abused all the time.
I suggest :
-Make DPS/effect of walking stukas the same as others mobile artys (Caliope,Kat)
-To reduce starting manpower bonus by 50%
-Increase the shrecks cost by 15% (they have rakts)
-Adjust the Luch so it come at the same time as a US Stuwart.
-Make the speed of throwing of a flame nades the same as a molotov.
Plz, Relic do something ! The game is not fun as it was and it's dangerous for it's future.

Make a limit for any unit to avoid spam and blob. For exemple: 1 KT, 2-3 Panther, 3-4 Pz 4, 3-4 Shreks, 3-4 bazookas, 3 or 4 Mg-s. |
Blob playstyle is back after december patch because MG-s are useless, they don't supress anything. A lot of retreat bugs. Panther is arriving after 12-14 min (that's fcked up)! UKF is very weak, they are almost useless against OKW. Bofors can be erased by 3-4 volks squad. Cromwell is a piece of crap right now. |

I'm playing CoH2 from beginning, every patch I can see how relic tried to balance this crap, but the last patch is the worst ever. At this moment is impossible to win with german army, the fucking USA always has more people than you in each battle, better weapons and more granades. The anormal russians are the best army of the game, with "hurra", 120mm mortar and more than 4 T34 at min 12 ¿WTF?
I uninstalled this game, because is dissapointing to see how real noobs win me effortless. Then bye bye forever, there are more RTS game with more balance and sense.

I came back to try the patch, and I have to say I think I may finally be done with this title.
The patch did wonders for balance but the dwindling community and lack of any separation between pub matches and arranged teams is just the straw that broke the camels back.
Game 1:3 UEF clan memebers vs random pubs and me. Game ends in 20 min.
Game 2: CBZ clan, one of our guys leaves instantly. Game over in 30 min.
Game 3: Actual decent match with pub players. Game over in 40 min.
Game 4: Same 3 man team as game 2. Game over in 15 min.
Game 5: 4 man team on Steppes. Game over in 20 min.
Game 6: Same 4 man team on Steppes again (lol). Game over in 20 min.
I mean I respect the fact that the devs are trying to improve the game, and the reason for doing that is a viable community. But quite honestly this has to be stupidest thing I have ever seen in any online multiplayer.
Mechwarrior online had exactly the same problem until they changed the automatch to only allow random pub players to play together. It basically got to the point where the title almost died completely as new players were so turned off to the game they just quit. Now if you want to play with your friends you are placed in a separate pool of players, which makes complete sense. It's actually a blast to just drop in and play against random opponents online knowing you aren't going to get completely decimated by people with headsets. Conversely if you join a team match you are probably playing against 4-8 man drops on teamspeak who will completely fuck you up.
At least the guys from Game 5 and 6 were polite about it, and when I asked if they enjoyed stomping pubs all day the replied it wasn't their fault and they didn't particularly enjoy it either. Personally I don't see the challenge of having an overwhelming advantage and just winning over and over again, but to each their own.
I guess I'll have to finally bid farewell to this title, it's a shame really as I think the new changes were halfway decent for the gameplay, but this constant pubstomping just disgusts me, would it really be so hard to just program a button in that says "random team mates"?
Yes. I got the same problem in 3v3 4v4, so i switched to 1v1 2v2 (with my cousin). In 3v3 4v4 got rekt by clans. So, i think you're right...but we cant do anything, just play against CPU or quit playing this game...sad though... |
T34/76 needs an armour upgrade (like 50-60 munition). |

I personnaly like to use them, i feel that even if they are easy to dodge, the enemy units have to go out of cover and it can be decisive for an infantry fight.
Sometimes i also like to use them to create a wall of flame to prevent AssPio and AssGren to close the distance

I found a great strategy to win as soviet in team games. 2 or 3 120mm Mortars to squad wipe and destroy OKW´s FHQ and....it´s not funny.
Yesterday I played against particulary unpleasant axis Players.
I really love this game, but i don´t want to use shitty tactics to win against assholes. there is no fun in that.
