Why would people even build caches if it was not better than just floating all the manpower? It will let them get tech and vehicles out quicker, at the cost of really nothing. The floated manpower is wasted now as is, letting OKW convert more manpower into greater field presence in no way fixes the problem. In: COH2 Balance

You are desperately trying to back your AT gun up from the incoming blob of infantry, but you don't make it and they abandon the AT gun. Que the M20 coming in to save the day and drag the AT gun back to safety. Too bad they will never add this. The rest of the changes sound awful.
