I find amusing how IS sucks at everything. Even upgrading them with brens over sappers is worthless.
Worst freaking infantry in entire game. Truly, their only usage is their medkit. But even then its 8 popcap medics, so they are horribly cost inefficient even at healing.
By any chance, does anybody knows how their healing scales with squad members number? Can i just leave 1 guy alive in IS and use it solely for healing with full effect to dispose from 6 of 8 useless popcap? |
Teching up with skipping entire t3? it like you dont want to win. You can get grate benefits from fast t70 and then use it exclusively for scouting.
I like sight change, now players have to support their super long range super tanks instead of wiping everything with them from safe distance. |
Commando overshadows vanguard by a huge margin when you play against more than 2 OKW. First, you would never be able to land logistic glider against 3+ flak hqs, and, thus, never be able to have commanders. Second, air supremacy ruins okw trucks.
Special weapons only good for giving su player vickers. Artillery is just railroad, which arrives faster, and croc is croc, but other abilities is total crap.
Other one commander have best late game with salvage (its actually su salvage, which gives manpower) and command vehicle, his disabling arty is godlike too.
Artillery is easily worst commander, and royal engineers with current emplacement state is just meh. |

Endgame is either rushed luchs which ruins brits if they dont have AEC and puts heavy bleed on them if they have one or oberspam into jp4+command panther, use mark target every time you fight enemy tank to feed vet to jp4. Only thing which would be able to threaten your tanks from there on is ff with tulips, keep an eye for them. |

You guys seems to lose point that wehr is designed to use combined arms, not lol 6 lmg grens builds. While wehr may need buffs, those buffs are certainly not gren buffs.
Speaking of ease of use, grens are absolutely easiest-to use infantry in the game. They dont need to close on enemy to deal damage, thy dont need to take any risks, they require to stay on safe distance and riflenade everything.
And, excuse me, dodging nades is pure l2p. I am chuckle when i play games where people try to toss grenades on me after first 3 or 4 dodges. On the other hand, dodging rifle grenades, as already been said, much harder.
LMGS can use close-range dps buff, and g43 need buff overall, but nothing too crazy.
I think only possible options for grens to have 5 man is t4 tech similar to british to increase squad sizes. Comes late enough, helps ostheer in late game. |
Who the hell cares? It is not thread about how axis up, its a thread about how op and easy-to use isgs are, most important about how they reduce gameplay to campfest.
If you have cool ideas about how to buff OKW then go and create your own topic, i am sure some players would be interested in that kind of discussion. |
