It becomes worse because of the veterancy,earlier it was struggle vs usf infantry now its mission impossible.Vetted rifles dodging bullets at point blank range,i've had it happen to me. |

There is a simple solution to make Axis win more, Remember Opel Blitz from 2013?, it almost doubled the resource income in that sector it locked down and shared that resource bonus with all teammates, imagine if we change Opel back to how it was, it will give OKW the fuel and munition it needs (in Teamgames), and same for Ostheer (in all game modes),
By doing this we have saved the winrates dropping from the Axis perspective since you can always afford a new Tiger/P4 when the old one goes up in flames against Allied Tank spam, yeah and buff the STUKA Strafing run, it doesnt kill as much as back in the day and could punish those Rifle blobs in a true fashion #BringbackStukaMeta

So OKW is underpowered against all three allied factions you say? I could see an argument for USF because Riflemen are overperforming, but UKF and Sov too?
It is at a disadvantage against all 3.
Vs Usf=no chance
Vs Brits=Weak,but still a fighting chance
Soviets ==better balanced due to volks not getting overrun,but lategame once soviet armorspam,katyusha and shocks come out-agains okw is in big trouble. |

Yes they do. These units are amazing once given either rifles or Lmgs. They start with AT and excellent nades.
Making them 5 man would have to involve changing what I mentioned above.
Don't spread propaganda.The units gren or pzgren are NOT 'amazing' in any sense,they are thoroughly mediocre and dominated by allied infantry with poor durability.And they don't have excellent nades either.Rifle nade is now useless vs capable player and bundle is shit.
If u don't give them 5 men then they need big buffs to recieved accuracy or allied infantry need nerfs.

This is no surprise ,which is why i have stopped 2 vs 2 for a while too.Main problem is the helplessness you feel if allied player plays to the meta and makes minimal mistakes.
British are upgraded version of wehrmacht -better in every way.
And OKW is dead faction.There is no longer even a justification left for its penalties.They are imposed because of 'theme'.
So what is axis left with? |
LOL generally speaking the brits has better version units at every way except pwerfer and sexton.Such as cheap 6 pounder AT,vickers, long range mortar pit,sniper can anti vehicles ,5 men basic infantry,dubble brens,medium tank cromwell,fast vet speed on tanks,cheap heavy tier tech cost,better offmap abilities,better elite infantry,etc.
But everytime you point that out you will be lectured wehrmacht is 'support weapon faction'.Reality check -british have equall or better support weapons and equal or better armor,yet no one tells british to use support weapons .They can still play around tommies and commandoes.
But the minute you ask for better grens or pzgrens all the allied fanboys are up in arms saying learn to use support weapons-wehrmacht is not meant to have great infantry.Oh really wehr can't,but british can both have the cake and eat it ?No questions asked there,huh?

1v1 has niggling issues, but is mostly pretty balanced.
2v2 I have no idea, I only play it casually.
If you think okw is balanced in 1 vs 1 then its hopeless discussing anything with you. |
