It's equal when commandos are close range. Right now even the officer squad win against STG Obers.
The commando nerf was much needed. Every close combat squad should excel at something:
Paras with thompsons have the highest dps.
Shocks the highest suriviability.
Commandos have cloak and have the highest wipe potential due gammon bomb, demo & cloak+hold fire ambush.

Air superioty one shots OKW trucks which is completely bullshit, so a nerf was needed here aswell. In addition you can throw air supperioty on the edge of a base sector and still get your structures destroyed. Anyone defending this ability wants to keep frustration and no counterplay situations in the game.
he didn't change his game after he killed the churchills. All he needed to do was to decrew them in his base and then get some anti infantry units. This amount of popcap invested into paks just cripples your army.
The Puma doesn't survive that long and is not really needed to counter light vehicles since double Raketenwerfer do the same job. Also Puma doesn't help against Churchills, Ez8, T34/85 etc. You better get a JP4 which actually scales into the late game like no other unit in this game.
Flak Track is bugged, can't fire on the move and the worst out of all half tracks. This unit needs to fire on the move to be actually useful. Tough this needs some accuracy changes so it won't easily wipe squads, especially on retreat.
The stuka is the only useful unit and good balanced imo. However right now 2 LEIG's do the same job while costing less and coming from T1 that basically allows you to fight the game alone with the support of call in infantry.
The problem is, since you never played something beside soviets you never learned how to dodge molotovs. Because it's exactly the same with the flame grenades. All team weapons have problems against DOT flame weapons. The problem is poor Boris runs into the flame soup instead of teleporting the maxim to the next guy.
