Please note this only occurs in coh2, no other games or even applications got any problems with my internet connection, Thanks in advance.
I did the following to try and fix the game:
Changed the DNS to cloudlfare and google public DNS
Restarted steam a couple of times
Verified the integrity of game files
Ran the game on very low settings with vsync off
I changed wifi adapter (even went from wireless to wire), then I tried VPN, just to confirm it wasn't connection issues.
EDIT: My game is from steam, I have doubts that it might be steam's fault for my bad connection
