From my experience (i mostly play as SU and OST). Commander with g43 - especially with relief infantry (very good choice for deep lategame where you lack of MP) or with arty officer. Arty officer gives you free smoke + powerfull mortar strike for 1 grenade cost and also he is very good in close combats.
Always i build at start: mg-42, 3 gren squads, then healing bunker. 2 mg-42 is optimum, especially versus SU. Also to counter t-70 - teller mine. In T3 i prefer build ostwind + stug, because i got decent AI+AT (and cheaper) and don't stuck in P4. IMHO i often saw "P4 curse" when OST player lose 1-st P4 and start build 2-nd, then lost it and again...That why i prefer 2 separate units, not one, you have less chances to lose all of them, but as negative side - you must be beter to control them.

Thanks! One more question should i use an AHK Script or stick to default hotkeys?

I've really been loving jaeger infantry doctrine. Ambush camo is great, g43s are great, and you have light arty and opieop stuka CAS too. Jaeger command squad is super valuable too.
I like to go mg and 2 grens followed by a sniper into a fast 222 and then a pgren or at gun depending on what I feel I need, and jaeger command squad at some point. That's usually enough to get through the midgame, and then you can go for support or heavy panzer korps and get your armor of choice. I usually go for either a p4 or panther as my first tank.
