Opel truck——replace by 251 support HT,limit 1 on field,no weapon,have medic aura same as UKF infantry section

Artillery flare——replace by Rocket barrage
IR.stg44——bundle with goliath
Radio silence—— when active also have Radio Intercept effect
Command Panther——Sight reduce to 35,but already upgrade Panzer commander without call in barrage ability，and reduce aura sight bouns form 20 to 10
Elite Panzer
StumTiger——Just make it reload automatic and remove speed debuff and no longer abandon when they been attack same as AVRE
