Getting help to create a tactical image map

Hi,

I having big problems at the moment to create a tactical image map, because Photoshop only has a time based trial use time i cannot use it anymore, and the tutorial for GIMP is dead because pics are not showing,

So is there anyone here with skills with Photoshop that could create a tactical image map for my map that i would like to publish?

If yes, then please tell me if you would be interested and we could add each other on steam and vice versa :-)
