Soviet use 150MP/15Fuel unlock Cons Molotov and AT Grande
USF still 150MP/15Fuel unlock RM Grande and AT Rifle Grande，as compensation，give Riflemen build light AI mine （same as Soviet defensive Tactics）in vet1
