COH1 new GameRanger tournament

hello guys,,

we are group of friends decided to start a new COH1 version 1.0 tournament,, the tournament will start on October 8TH - 2013

it will be 1vs1 and 2vs2 battles,, so feel free to invite your friend to play with them as a teammate .. high resources .. win condition: annihilation

there will be a facebook page where we will announce the battles on it, players who will join this tournament will be informed by all details

this tournament is supported by a team speak server if you want to communicate with your teammates through it.

to apply: plz leave your GameRanger username or E_mail + your Facebook account in order to send to u the latest updates and your battles schedule.

high resources and annihilation might not be the best conditions for all the experts, still, I would like to at least mentally support the tournament.
In my view it is always great it someone gets such a ball rolling, especially as a tournament is a shitload of work.

Is this really v1.0, how am I supposed to get that other than pirating an old version or search god knows where for a cd.
Does the tourney need to happen in the middle of the week?
What maps will be played for 2v2?

if u want COH1 u can buy it or download it from torrent,, the tourney will be 8th Oct. ,, and 2 vs 2 maps will be (river valley) and (rails and metal)

I have 2.7 and 2.602 but there is no way of getting 1.0 for me...
At what time will it start, I hope for your sake that it will start in the evening.

Actually, there are some good players on 1.00, comparable to ~quazal lvl 14 on automatch. But the 1.00 maps are mostly stupid, especially for 2v2. (I sometimes play on gameranger with those guys, or have played when I was bored of warcraft)
