+1, this is the absolute worst part of this game and the dead silence from relic has been extremely discouraging. I haven't ever even seen it be acknowledged.

I cry when my units fail to retreat out of the Stuka/IL2 bomb(s) due to input lag.

Lol...yeah. Just had a couple of matches were i issue an order, go somewhere else, just to see that the ability wasnt cast.

I cry when input lag makes my inf. jump fences more than once or don't leave buildings when satchel/grenades land in buildings.

it's probably actually most likely autodesk scaleform. which is basically a middleware that uses flash to make your user interface.

Remove the interface ftw!

I totally can't stand it and I would like to understand exactly what causes it, if it's Steam, if it's the game, if it's Relic server, if they are multiple things. Just hope to get more info from Relic itself and which solutions they have in mind to fix it.

I have no idea - My opinion is that is it game related. I guess none of you guys have played the campaign? Its in there too its not just a MP thing. Thats the way it was designed, not sure if intentional or not - and the difference between vcoh crisp response and coh2 lag is comical.

If input lag could get fixed (whatever is causing the problem) it would be a huge step forward. I think fixing the big problems instead of pumping out DLC is probably the way to go.

Too bad fixing problems doesn't net Sega money.

I'm certain Relic wont listen. They never do...

CoH1 did not have this core problem...

Yep, catch 22. They need to show the game can bring in income for Sega to allot money and time for Relic to fix it.

It is looking like people are just buying the new commanders anyway, and I think the Case Blue ToW DLC will sell as well since co-op and SP content sells well for Relic games.

COH had none of the core problems coh2 has. things like this make the wait for balancing unbearable and infuriates players as their troops dont follow basic orders.

If the game mechanics were working beautifully the balance issues would not be as big of a deal.

+1, input lag is serious problem... sometimes units don't react for 5 seconds or more... It suck if you need to micro(what micro !?) or retreat units.

This is main thing that made game unbearable sometimes :(.

I had good Internet connection and had problems with CoH2 only :/.
