Soviet skill planes target base sector, suppressing infantry and wiping squads if it is targeted on the edge of base sector.
Also, it attacks well outside of its circle.
I tested luftwaffe planes for okw, doesn't target vehicles in the same way and if they move out of circle it wont follow them.
Change soviet planes to match OKW ones. As it is they are way too good.

Once a plane begins tracking it will follow a unit to any point on the map. All planes should be able to move over base sectors so long as the flares are dropped outside the base sectors. This is very prevalent on certain maps like Faymonville.
There shouldn't be any difference between the planes of different factions currently.

Check for yourself bro, luftwaffe doesnt, soviet does. Soviet also will target inf in base sector if you put it on the edge. Anti inf loiter only. I dont think axis has an anti inf loiter?

The AT loiter for the OKW Luftwaffe spawns slower (after the AI plane that only targets the center), thus there is a possibility that the tank left the circle entirely before the JU-87G spawned.
The WM has an AI JU-87 Loiter in the Assault Support Doctrine.
