I tried this on the south side- didn't work.
What I think happened- he nearly capped one of the points, then shifted over to the other point with some of men in the squad, which starts capping the other point. In the meantime the initial point ticks down to neutral, and when the initial point is half ticked down and the second point is half captured he took a screenshot.
