Build conscripts, micro them in some fashion, kill grenadiers. After this you should get to late game where you can build other stuff that helps your conscripts kill grenadiers. If you lose your conscripts you will probably lose. Learn GG wp and get familiar with it. If you stay alive you could possibly win. But I couldn't say for sure. Good luck on the Eastern Front.

How to beat AC rush? they kill conscripts like flies and i got nothing to stop it, their so OP!

Conscripts suck but they come in mass numbers cause they are cheap. So use them as cannon fodder until you tech better units like; Strelky, Guards, Tank Hunters or Doctrinal call in Infantry. Try to tech fast vehicles as well, Soviet armory is quite powerful in order to compensate the weak early game.
So basically Massive weak inf rush --> to Tanks.

Wher units doesn't gain vet by kills. If you mean Ost Grens which will gain vet as same as allies then the answer is still NO because Conscripts are crappy units and each Cons kill does not give you high XP as killing a Guard or Command Squad for example. They ( Cons ) suppose to die but ofc it's good if you keep them alive all game because they are very good in capping and harassing.
