Pretty sure at this point it´s all about whether they get a visa from the UK embassy or not. It´s not a big deal to get a passport. It is however a big deal to apply for a visa to a western country as a young male from eastern europe or other less priviliged countries.

as far as i know it's pretty hard to get passport in russia, putin must spprove it

This is how world respect russians, thay open all gates and hole for football tourists and now, oppositon players (jove and Noggano) can not get visa ? Or thay dont have passports coz 13 years old ?
