Kholodny Ferma's maps are very good but they are not balanced. The east side has to many disadvantages that's why i think that it is time to give them both a little love.
Here are my points:
1)East side cut off much more accessible then the west side on.
2)Munitions point on the south side on red cover. Hard to cap and hold (compare it with the one on the north, there is green cover and a house)
3)Middle VP is closer to the west side.
4)East side has the church in the middle but it has a side blocker in front of it and the west side has a house with no side blockers in front of it.
This things make playing from the east side so much harder, i hope Relic or the Balance team can acknowledge this and fix it (if its in the scope ).
Its a shame because this maps are very popular (because there are not that many alternatives, hence balanced maps).
What do you think?

You are right, however for some reason I prefer to spawn east with aggressive factions such as OKW. If you beeline for the cutoff in the west you have a much easier time pressuring it since there is so much cover around it. If you force a retreat and dig in around the truck (?) you can make you opponent's life very miserable. Meanwhile, your kubel happily caps the rest of the map.
If you try to attack the east cutoff, while easier to get to, you'll either be in red or no cover.

As you say it can work with aggressive factions like OKW but not with all of them.
And about the east cut off you are also right but partially. There is a small house, a haystack, a tractor and a wall which can provide you with green cover and also you can build sandbags. So problem solved.
