Hello everyone, I'm a new member. I can't able to set up my player card.
I clicked update profile of my coh2.org profile and added my steam ID. However, the player card isn't showing. I'm getting "Error 500" when I click on my steam ID of my profile https://www.coh2.org/user/25046/shateel
any help? Thanks!

your playercard here is fine http://www.companyofheroes.com/leaderboards#profile/steam/76561198447493327/standings
But checking it manually on the .org version says the same error.
You only have one game tho, try getting 10 for a ranking, maybe that will fix the .org version.

Being bad at the game isn't something balance patches can fix.

If after 10 games you still have the problem, call it here again.
Also maybe your Steamprofil is private or something like that, that you don't want to share your stats and co. No idea.
