Strafing Run pin-down time is too long

German Assault Support Doctrine 's Strafing Run pin-down time is a bit too long. The plane flies through the area with a unreasonable long time to pin-down all squads in that area for more than 30 seconds, but just only cost 120 ammo..........It can also pin-down the retreating squads as well.... While the IL 2 of Soviet cost 240 ammo with no pin-down effect...Please make some ammendment.

it was already nerfed ..... for 120 ammo all you get is a limited supression tool and post patch m5 ht can rape the stuka.

Think its quite ok with the recent patch actually. Even if it lingers for a long time, it doesnt kill squads. Also its also a good AA target if you bother with tier 3.

I still had sniper squads killed by it but they were on a road when it hit them... I think the problem is with them having only 40 health instead of 80 like all the others.
Other than that it really doesn't seem too strong after the nerf.

Strafe is fine now. It no longer continuously pins between flyby's, it doesn't chase targets far outside the initial circle, and the machine guns seem to be less rape-y versus blobs of infantry (as long as they are in cover).

One thing I have an issue with somethins, squads seems to stay pinned for too long after the threat is no more.

It's still a bit stupid imo but it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be.

Agreed, especially pinned units take very long to get up
