Recent Lagg Problems

I don't know if my internet connection is the issue here, but for the last couple (around 3 maybe) weeks I've had very noticeable input lagg. It messes up micro (nade dogdes, kiting) to a degree that I can't really enjoy the game right now. I wonder if others have been experiencing the same.

I've had it intermittently since 2013. Though it may be useful to provide some more info:
Are you playing automatch or custom matches?
Are you playing any mods or using workshop skins/decals, etc?
What size of game mode? 1v1? 4v4?
For me, large game modes in automatch are the biggest culprit, especially if people are using a bunch of workshop skins and such. But I've never been able to verify this.
I do find that whenever relic is doing server stuff, be it change maps in the pool, applying patches and hot fixes, etc, the input lag appears to skyrocket. But again I haven't been able to confirm that this is actually what is happening.

I pretty much exclusively play automatch 1vs1's ,no mods. Its also the first time Ive had prolonged lagg problems.
