Hi, I'm currently stuck in DR Congo and Steam is struggling to download the latest patch, does anyone know if there is a mirror or torrent I can download the patch from?

Have you tried choosing another download server? You can choose which server to use in Steam -> Settings -> Downloads. Try a few. There are quite a few in South Africa and one in Egypt. Depending on how it is routed, some servers farther away may work as well.
If that doesn't work, you can maybe get the game files from someone else. Games can be backed up from the Steam library and the backup then be used to install the game on another machine or after formating your drive etc.
You'd have to get this every time a new patch hits, though :/
