I was actually rank 3 for the past few days while noganno was rank 4
first edit: That also wouldn't explain why I'm not listed as a backup either.
another edit: If noganno actually really wants to play, then he can. Its just that id prefer if it were because he asked to play instead and not because of (presumably) an oversight

Only if you ask GB Hooligan 846 personally, and he didn't want to play or something. However the rules of the tournament as they stand mean you can't play this week sorry Nicko!
The rules stated here that I would do the seeding on Saturday morning, which means you would have 4th rank.
I know it's sad, and my admin has been poor today (missing jae for jett), but dats da rules.
