Weapon Skins not Functioning Properly?

Does anybody know why the flamethrower looks like this? It also appears like this on the unmodded flamethrower wielded by the unmodded assault engineers, when I spawn it and upgrade it with CheatMod.

Also, does anyone know what all the state_machine_names are? I figured out that they are the spinning logo above units heads (duh), and that you have to manually type in the name, so I have only been able to know about the ones I've found. After watching one of eliwoods videos, I found you can see a list of them all in the World Builder when you go into NIS mode. Is there a way to preview them all, or is it just trial and error?

The flamethrower is a bug in the model, nobody has found a solution so only Relic can fix this.
You have to find the state_machine_names by trail on error I"m afraid. I've spend many hours in the NIS mode to find new states. However, you get apply more of them at once
