I've been basically skipping it or going lt tier since it got nerfed but for some reason I want to try using it again, maybe just because I want to go captain again and have some sort of vehicle. I'm mainly asking about ai firepower as at remains unchanged (unless I'm wrong).

Stuarts are still are largely fine and balance it just snare ranges reach too far. This not allows light vehicles and tanks to be as effective as they should.

AI is what they mainly changed aside from the stun shots. It's "ok" vs infantry, but excels vs lights and can aid in medium clashes with its stun shots.

Stuarts are still pretty nice. A bit worse than the T70 but can cap points with the crew, can repair itself with super glue, has Snare Shots and is also pretty decent against Inf. Before its nerf it was simply too good against inf just like the T70. Single model kills are ok, but not one shot squad wipes that happened way too often about a year ago.
It is a shock unit that can harass pretty well and can't be countered in the first few minutes if you don't eat up a Faust.
