fck this game with this balance, why maxim should be spammable at first mins with 6 models and fast setup ?

(live version, no balance patch mod)

In past patches they've already nerfed the Maxim cost, reinforce cost, build time, and more recently suppression. How exactly do you propose they make Maxims less spammable without further making them useless (which a lot of people would probably argue they are close to being now).
