Everything worked perfectly yesterday, but when I launch the game today it overrides my new version of my mod.
1. I edit and build the mod.
2. I can confirm that the .sga file has a new modified date and a slightly larger size.
3. I launch the game.
4. The file has the date of the day when I published it and a slightly smaller size. So it has been replaced with the published version, but I'm not subscribed on my own mod.
All help is appreciated!

Nnm, I cloned a .mua file yesterday to test something and I didn't noticed that it was replaced with the old version. So I started today with a bug from yesterday and thought that it was caused by something else.
Lesson: Don't clone a .mua file, the game can't handle it

Always check the warnings log for errors related to sga files.
